Emergency signs first
- A reading of 180/120 or higher with chest pain, shortness of breath, back pain, numbness, weakness, a change in vision or trouble speaking: call 911 now.
- 180/120 or higher with none of those: rest 5 minutes and check again. If it is still that high, call your doctor right away or go to urgent care.
- Stroke signs (face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty): call 911.
In crisis, or thinking about harming yourself: call or text 988.
Bring this to your visit
Your home readings, the questions you want answered, and a chance to practice asking them. Everything stays in this browser. Nothing is sent to us or anyone.
Step 2
What you are bringing
Fill in what you know. Leave the rest blank.
Step 3
Questions to ask
Tick the ones you want answered. Two or three is plenty for one visit.
Step 4
Practice saying it
How this works, and what it cannot do
- The clinician is scripted, not an AI. Every line was written in advance and is not medical advice.
- A phrase-checker in your browser reads your answer. It is a mirror, not a judge, and can miss a good answer worded differently.
- Nothing leaves your device. No audio is recorded, no model is called, nothing is sent.
- Everyone here is invented.
